Forest river will provide transportation to and from.
The trip is approximately 40 miles, or about an hour.
The bus will leave from the front of the hotel at 4:30am.
Check in at 5:00am - Boat departs at 6:00am
You are allowed to take your own food and beverage including alcohol. BUT NO GLASS. Trip is 5 hours, so you will be back at the dock at 11:00am.
Forest River has paid for all 25 fishing spots. If you wish to crab it will be an additional $25 per person.
Once you get back to the dock the fees are as follows:
- $2 each to cook crab
- $2 each to fillet rock fish
- $3 each to fillet cod
- $2 per vacuum pack (about 6 fillets per pack)
Tipping will be up to you, but please be generous with the deck hands and those cleaning and packing your catch!
Everyone will need a fishing license. The link is provided below to the Oregon Fish and Wildlife web page. A one-day angling and shellfish license is $29.
